Kaburi Gold Projects

Arrowhead Gold Corp. acquired the Kaburi project in December 2010. The Property consists of one Large Scale prospecting permit totaling 2598 hectares (6421) acres. Arrowhead has signed a letter of intent with Tajiri Resources Corp. (TSXV: TAJ) whereby Tajiri will acquire a 51-per-cent interest in the hard rock mining rights in the Guyana Geology and Mines Commission large-scale prospecting license No. 01/2009 in the Kaburi area, Mazaruni, Guyana.



The consideration payable for the rights:

  1. Tajiri must pay the following sums:
    1. $50,000 on the Effective Date;
    2. $50,000 on the first anniversary of the Effective Date;
  2. Tajiri must incur expenditures on the property as follows:
    1. $250,000 on or before the first anniversary of the Effective Date;
    2. an additional $500,000 on or before the second anniversary of the Effective Date; and
    3. an additional $750,000 on or before the third anniversary of the Effective Date;
  3. Tajiri must issue to Arrowhead a total of seven million shares as follows:
    1. 1,000,000 Shares on the Effective Date;
    2. 2,000,000 Shares on or before the first anniversary of the Effective Date; and
    3. 2,000,000 Shares on or before the second anniversary of the Effective Date:and
    4. 2,000,000 Shares on or before the third anniversary of the Effective Date.
