Founded in 2005, Arrowhead Gold brings together an impressive team of seasoned industry professionals from the resource and financial sectors.

Led by President and C.E.O. Steve Smith, the company boasts over 100 years of combined experience in the industry, and have been involved in the exploration of several major resources around the world.

Today, this team is strongly focused on identifying and developing major resources in underexplored territories, with a particular focus on the rapidly emerging gold region of Guyana.

Steve Smith

President & Chief Executive Officer

Bringing over 22 years experience in the financial markets to his leadership role at Arrowhead Gold, Steve Smith is experienced in the areas of corporate management, corporate finance, public relations and administration. In addition to his role as C.E.O., President and a Director, he is also a Director of Taku Gold Corp. (TSX-V TAK), a mineral exploration company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange., and also a director of Tajiri Resources Corp., (TSX-V:TAJ), a mineral exploration company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange. Mr. Smith obtained his Bachelor of Arts (Economics) from the University of Toronto in 1982, and has completed the Canadian Securities Course and Canadian Investment Management Course. He is also a partner in Tangent Management Corp., a financial public relations firm serving public companies.

Ickbal Boga

Chief Financial Officer & Director

Combining his expertise in the resource sector with his background as a Chartered Accountant, Mr. Boga serves as C.F.O. of Arrowhead Gold. He is also the C.F.O. of Taku Gold (TSX-V TAK), and also served as a Director, Corporate Secretary and C.F.O. of Kakanda Development Corporation. Mr. Boga was C.F.O. of Workplace Health & Safety Agency in Toronto, and has also held positions with Canada Post, British Petroleum Canada Inc. and KPMG. Mr. Boga has been an Officer and Director of three capital pool companies including Camflo Resources Inc., Ona Energy Inc. and 8 Crown Capital Inc.

Zachery Dingsdale

Director

With over 16 years of experience in the capital markets, Mr. Dingsdale brings a substantial background in financial management to the company as Founder and Director of Tangent Management Corp., a financial management firm that provides financial consulting and management services to publicly listed companies. He also sits on the Board of Directors of Taku Gold Corp (TSXV: TAK), Tajiri Resources Corp. (TSXV: TAJ) and Hinterland Metals Inc. (TSXV: HMI). In addition, he has completed the Canadian Securities Course and the Mining and Mineral Exploration program for Investment Professionals at the British Columbia Institute of Technology.

Mark Fekete (B.Sc., P.Geo.)

Director

Currently President of Hinterland Metals Inc.,and Stakeholder Gold Corp,mineral exploration companies trading on the TSXV, Mark Fekete has had a 24-year career in the mineral exploration business, including an extensive history in Northern Canadian exploration. Aregistered Professional Geologist, Mr. Fekete is a member of the company’s technical committee.

Albert (Rick) Timcke

Director

Currently President and CEO of Tajiri Resources Corp, a mineral exploration company trading on the TSXV.Mr. Timcke holds a Business Administration Diploma from the British Columbia Institute of Technology (1984). For more than 17 years he has been involved in the public equity markets, with a particular focus on Canadian-based resource issuers. In 1996, Mr. Timcke became Vice-President of Corporate Development for International Panorama Resources, a Canadian-based publicly traded resource issuer and was responsible for raising financing for this company for exploration and corporate development activities. He also serves as a director of Otish Energy Inc. a mineral exploration company.
